Gemini Hardware - Central connection issues

Gemini Hardware - Central connection issues

When running Central with Gemini Hardware, users might experience connectivity issues with errors such as "Unable to Open Instrument Network"
This can be a result of assigning two different IP addresses on the same ethernet adaptor or having the same IP address on two ethernet adaptors.
To resolve this ambiguity with the IP address assignment, please follow the following steps

1) Turn off all Blackrock hardware
2) Open CMD prompt as admin.
3)Run the command "ipconfig /flushdns"
4)Restart PC
5)Assign the IP address to the ethernet port as 192.168.137.199
6)Start Central

It is important to note that this is a Windows issue that occurs when two different IP addresses are assigned to the same ethernet adaptor or having the same IP address on two ethernet adaptors. This is possibly due due to the fact that this use case is outside of a normal usage of a Windows PC and hence requires more low-level interactions such as the steps outlined above.
