Noldus Ethovision Integration Guide
Noldus EthoVision XT (EVXT) is a software platform designed for tracking and analyzing behavior, movement, and activity of a wide range of animal models. EVXT offers solutions for many standard behavioral tests such as the Morris water maze or open field testing. It is often the case that neuroscientists want to accurately correlate visible traits of animal behavior with recorded neuronal activity in a synchronized manner. The manual explains how the video frame timings are determined by the EVXT software then describes different methods available for synchronizing the video tracking information with electrophysiological data collected by Blackrock DAQ.
